Photo permission allows WEB to take photos or videos (digital or otherwise) for use in educational materials, pubications, promotional materials, the West Edmonton Baptist Church website, Facebook and other social media sites and/or other materials.  Permission releases West Edmonton Baptist Church and all persons acting under its authority from any claims you might have due to the initial or subsequent publication of such materials. Participants names will not be used.
